Pricing & Plans
Minion bills along two independent axes:
- Workspace Plan — per-workspace, scaled by team-member limit
- Minion Plan — per-user, scaled by minion count
Compute (VPS) is always metered and available on every plan.
Workspace Plan
Section titled “Workspace Plan”Workspaces are the unit of collaboration. The Workspace Plan determines how many people you can invite.

All plans include all features. Project count, skills, workflows, routines, threads, DAG workflows, memories, daily logs — all unlimited and identical across tiers.
Member counting
Section titled “Member counting”A “seat” is consumed by either:
- An active member (including the workspace owner)
- A pending invitation (until accepted or expired)
When a pending invitation expires or is revoked, the seat is freed.
Upgrades and downgrades
Section titled “Upgrades and downgrades”- Upgrade: takes effect immediately. Stripe prorates the difference for the current period.
- Downgrade: takes effect from the next billing period. Member count must already be within the new plan’s limit — otherwise downgrade is blocked. Remove members first, then retry.
Downgrading does not delete data. Removed members lose access but retain their accounts and any work they’ve done elsewhere.
Minion Plan
Section titled “Minion Plan”Minions are individually-owned AI agents. The Minion Plan determines how many minions one user can own.

The Minion Plan is personal. If you join someone else’s workspace and bring minions in, billing stays with you (the minion’s owner). The workspace pays for member seats only.
Compute (VPS)
Section titled “Compute (VPS)”Every minion that runs on a VPS uses metered compute, billed hourly:

Compute is available to all plans. You only pay while the instance is running. A credit card is required to provision any VPS minion regardless of plan.
Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Can I have multiple workspaces?
Section titled “Can I have multiple workspaces?”Yes. One user can own multiple workspaces, and each workspace is billed independently.
Can I transfer workspace ownership?
Section titled “Can I transfer workspace ownership?”Not yet. The owner is fixed at workspace creation.
What happens when payment fails?
Section titled “What happens when payment fails?”Your subscription enters a past_due state. You have a grace period to update your payment method. After the grace period expires, the subscription is canceled and the workspace returns to Free (with the member-limit guard applied).
How does Enterprise work?
