Features
Section titled “Features”- Inventory & Costing (experimental). A new Inventory & Costing tool lets you manage items, bills of materials, manufacturing recipes, and stock — and calculate a fair manufacturing-quote price by rolling up material, labor, and outsourcing costs into a recommended price. Track current, allocated, and available stock with a movements ledger, edit recipes in a swimlane view, and jump straight from a cost estimate to a new quote. Both you and your minions can work with the data. Available when the experimental Inventory feature is enabled for your workspace.
- Edit draft documents. You can now edit unsent business documents — quotes, invoices, and the like — from a dedicated edit screen, instead of only being able to create or delete them.
- Reference Drive files and folders in chat. Copy a minion link for any Drive file or folder, paste it into a minion chat, and the minion receives the exact name, its full Drive path, and the means to open or list it — so it can talk about and reach the right item without you opening the Drive page.
Improvements
Section titled “Improvements”- A roomier mobile side menu. On small screens the workspace list and the account/settings area are now collapsible and tucked away by default, giving the main navigation much more room. Invite badges and active-section indicators stay visible even when collapsed.
- Faster access to your tools. The frequently-used Inventory & Costing tool now sits directly in the main sidebar, and Pinboard has moved back into the tools menu.
- Smoother project tabs on mobile. The project tab bar now scrolls horizontally only, so a slight vertical swipe no longer gets caught by the tabs.
